I created HER TIME® because I kept meeting brilliant, capable women who had somehow lost confidence in their own professional story. Women who had taken a career break to raise children, who had outgrown a role but didn't know what came next, or who were ready to step into leadership but held back by self-doubt rather than ability.

I understand that journey — personally and professionally. Over 20 years of working with thousands of professionals across the UAE, GCC, Europe and North America, I've seen what happens when a woman gets the right support at the right moment. The shift is remarkable.
